Position Title: Recruitment Operations Manager

Reporting Structure: National Director of Recruitment

Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position is $72,000 to $96,000, depending on experience and skill sets.

Job Classification: Full time, Exempt

Schedule: Fulltime (40 or more hours per week, and can reach 70+ hours at peak times)

Location: Fully remote, anywhere in the United States

Position Summary

Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking a talented, driven individual for the role of Recruitment Operations Manager, who will be responsible for supporting the company’s recruitment efforts through administrative, operational, and human resources capabilities.

The Recruitment Operations Manager will work with the National Recruitment Director to manage a high-quality, innovative recruitment pipeline for a broad, diverse set of clients and partners.

The Recruitment Operations Manager will report directly to the National Recruitment Director. This role is remote. Salary for this position ranges from $72,000 to $96,000 based on experience and skillset and this position is eligible for health, dental, and vision benefits after three months of employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of the National Recruitment Director to remotely manage the administrative functions of the recruitment and hiring processes

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals

  • Candidate Screening: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

  • Applicant Tracking and Management: Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate information is accurate and up to date; track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and training programs; collaborate with department heads to develop onboarding materials and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

  • Compliance and Legal Considerations: Ensure compliance with all state and federal requirements regarding recruitment, hiring, and employment practices.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of recruitment, operations, or administrative experience, preferably in a leadership capacity.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS software, and other recruitment tools.

  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Enjoys working collaboratively and is willing to step up and pitch in to help reach our goals

  • Ability and willingness to work a demanding schedule, which can reach 70+ hours per week at peak times and can be expected to include evenings and weekends.

  • Must possess a cell phone, laptop, and reliable internet.

Plus Qualifications

  • Experience working in the political consulting industry or a similar fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment branding strategies.

  • Familiarity with Google Suite is preferred

Essential Physical Requirements

  • As this is a remote position, the individual in this position must be able to communicate with colleagues and partners via phone, including conference and video calls, as well as written communication such as email.

  • The position requires the ability to attend occasional in-person events throughout the year which may encompass all or part of the work day.

  • This position may entail other travel. Any job-related travel, lodging, and other expenses are paid for by RFS.

  • This position requires vision/hearing abilities.
