Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position is $72,000 to $96,000, depending on experience and skill sets.

Schedule:
Full-time (40 or more hours per week, and can reach 70+ hours at peak times)

Location: Fully remote with a preference in the following states:

  • Midwest: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin

  • South: Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia

  • West: California, Colorado, Nevada, Texas

Position Summary

Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking a versatile and motivated individual for the role of Regional Recruitment Team Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment efforts within a designated region.

The Regional Recruitment Team Lead will work with company leadership to ensure the acquisition of top talent to support our various political campaigns and initiatives.

The Regional Recruitment Team Lead will report directly to the National Director of Recruitment. This role is remote. The salary for this position ranges from $72,000 to $96,000 based on experience and skillset, and this position is eligible for health, dental, and vision benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Lead and manage a regional recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team members meet their goals and objectives.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each political campaign or initiative within the region.

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with political stakeholders, partner organizations, and other key stakeholders to identify potential candidates and collaborative opportunities.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment efforts.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including campaign managers, communications specialists, and policy advisors, to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources management, preferably in a political or campaign environment.

  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience using recruitment software and tools.

  • Ability and willingness to work a demanding schedule, which can reach 70+ hours per week at peak times and can be expected to include evenings and weekends.

  • Must possess a cell phone, laptop, and reliable internet.

  • Enjoys working collaboratively and is willing to step up and pitch in to help reach our goals with a positive, collegial attitude

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Plus Qualifications

  • Knowledge of political campaign operations and familiarity with political landscapes within the region is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Google Suite, ATS, and HRIS software is preferred

Essential Physical Requirements

  • As this is a remote position, the individual in this position must be able to communicate with colleagues and partners via phone, including conference and video calls, as well as written communication such as email.

  • The position requires the ability to attend occasional in-person events throughout the year which may encompass all or part of the work day.

  • This position may entail other travel. Any job-related travel, lodging, and other expenses are paid for by RFS.

  • This position requires vision/hearing abilities.
