Position Title: Recruitment Associate

Reporting Structure: National Recruitment Director

Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position is $54,000 to $66,000, depending on experience and skill set.

Job Classification: Full time, Non-exempt

Schedule: Full time, 70+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall and may include evenings and weekends

Location: Fully remote with a preference in the following states:

  • Midwest: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin
  • South: Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia
  • West: California, Colorado, Nevada, Texas

Benefits: RFS offers all full-time employees who remain with our team for more than three months full health care, dental, and vision benefits. Any job-related travel, lodging, and other expenses are paid for by RFS.

Position Summary

Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking a talented, driven individual for the role of Recruitment Associate who will be responsible for supporting the firm’s recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.

The Recruitment Associate will work under the direction of the Recruitment Director to screen candidates and process new hires.

The Recruitment Associate will report directly to the National Recruitment Director. This role is remote. Salaries for this position range from $54,000 to $66,000 based on experience and skill set.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the organization’s applicant tracking system is effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics

  • Work closely with the National Operations Department to ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and company policies

  • Must be willing to work 50-60 hours per week for the duration of employment, which may include weekends and evenings

  • Ability and willingness to assist team members with a variety of tasks as necessary

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of recruitment, operations, or administrative experience is required

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple processes

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Enjoys working collaboratively and is willing to step up and pitch in to help reach our goals

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, collegial attitude

  • Ability and willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, which can be expected to require 50+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall, and may include evenings and weekends

  • Must possess a cell phone, computer, and reliable internet

Plus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Google Suite, ATS, and HRIS software is preferred


Essential Physical Requirements

  • As this is a remote position, the individual in this position must be able to communicate with colleagues and partners via phone, including conference and video calls, as well as written communication such as email.

  • The position requires the ability to attend occasional in-person events throughout the year which may encompass all or part of the work day.

  • This position may entail other travel.

  • This position requires vision/hearing abilities.
