Entry-Level Solar Appointment Setters Wanted! Jump start your career in outside sales and solar consulting!
Pathway Strategy Group is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Appointment Setters. As a Solar Appointment Setters, you will be responsible for promoting our clients’ solar energy solutions directly to homeowners around the northern New Jersey Area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the green energy movement while earning competitive compensation and rewards based on performance.
W2 position with base wage + uncapped commission
Appointment setters can earn up to $1,500-$3,500 per week!

What You’ll Do:
Knock doors and talk with homeowners
Set solar consultation appointments
Be the friendly face of the clean energy movement
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Must be comfortable canvassing residential neighborhoods to set qualified Solar appointments with homeowners.
Must be able to stand and walk for the whole day as you make cold contact with potential clients.
Must be willing and able to cater to the availability of the customer-base and work Saturdays and evenings when they are home.
Must be willing and able to pass applicable sales and marketing training, including memorizing a script.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high expectations.
Position Requirements:
Must have an active driver's license and have access to a reliable personal vehicle.
Must be able to work a full-time schedule (at least 30 hours per week). Must be able to work an evening schedule.
Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized for employment in the United States.
Position Title: Solar Appointment Setter
Reporting Structure: Canvassing Branch Manager
Rate of Pay: $17/hr + Uncapped Commission*
Job Classification: w2, non-exempt
Schedule/hours: 2pm-8pm / M-F
Location: Northern New Jersey
Attendance: 100% attendance record is required for all roles within PSG
Benefits: Pathway Strategy Group offers all full-time employees who remain with our team for more than three months full health care, dental, and vision benefits. Any job-related travel, lodging, and other expenses are paid for by PSG.
