What you could earn:

• 12 sales a week plus base $17 = $1,500 a week or $74,000 a year

• 15 sales a week plus base $17 = $1,635 a week or $85,000 a year

• 20 sales a week plus base $17 = $2,200 a week or $109,200 a year

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors and speak directly with residents

• Explain the benefits of local community solar projects

• Enroll qualified households in guaranteed-savings programs

• Close deals and get PAID!

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to break down complex technical concepts into relatable terms

• A self-starter with a high energy level and a drive to achieve targets

• A collaborative spirit that thrives in a team environment

• Must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid driver’s license

• MUST have access to a reliable personal vehicle

Position Title: Community Solar Sales Representative

Reporting Structure: Community Solar Branch Manager

Rate of Pay: $25/hr + Uncapped Commission

Commission: $75 per sale

Job Classification: W2, non-exempt
Schedule/hours: 1pm-7pm / M-F

Location: New Jersey

Attendance: 100% attendance record is required for all roles within PS

Benefits: Pathway Solar offers all full-time employees who remain with our team for more than three months full health care, dental, and vision benefits. Any job-related travel, lodging, and other expenses are paid for by PS.

*Pathway Solar operates in full compliance with Illinois state labor laws and regulations. All commission-based compensation paid to employees by Pathway are considered wages under the New Jersey Wage Payment Law (WPL).
