Position Title: Quality Control Associate 3rd Shift

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Quality Control Director

Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position is $48,000-$64,350, depending on experience and skill sets

Job Classification: Full-time, non-exempt
Schedule: 3RD SHIFT NIGHTS - 50+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall and may include evenings and weekends

Position Summary

Merrimack Services is seeking talented, driven individuals for the role of Quality Control Associate, who will be responsible for managing the intake, validation, and quality control of voter registration forms, signature collection forms, or door knocking data for Merrimack programs across the country.

Quality Control Associates will report directly to the Quality Control Director. This role is remote. Salaries for this position range from $48,000 to $66,000 based on experience and skillset.

Cycle/Project Based Full Time Position

This position is considered a Full-Time Employee meaning they are expected to work full-time (40 or more hours per week) for a defined period of time, typically the length of the project. However, Merrimack expects to provide extensive opportunities for successful employees and contractors to continue on with the company throughout the 2026 election season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining QC standards of distributed door knocking projects, signature collection initiatives, and regional voter registration drives.

  • Maintain a strict process for documenting and storing project QC data

  • Ensure reporting and accountability protocols are followed to provide up-to-date, actionable data and information to campaign leadership

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to process data

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability and willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, which can be expected to require 50+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall, and may include evenings and weekends.

  • All applicants must possess a laptop computer, cell-phone, and reliable high speed internet

Plus Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team

  • Familiarity with Google Suite, NGP Van, and Blocks is highly preferred

  • Must possess a computer, cell phone, and reliable high speed internet access

  • Laptop hardware minimums: 250GB hard drive, 8GB ram, i5 intel chip or equivalent
