Role Description

Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking talented, driven individuals for the role of Relational Organizing Training Associate. The Relational Organizing Training Associate is responsible for delivering engaging virtual onboarding and training sessions for new relational organizers (mobilizers) while providing ongoing support to ensure participants are prepared for success. This role serves as a primary point of contact for new mobilizers, helping them navigate technology, understand program expectations, and resolve common issues related to training and organizing platforms.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who enjoys presenting to groups, solving problems, and creating a positive learning experience in a fast-paced, remote environment.

The Training Associate will report directly to the National Program Director. This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily virtual onboarding and training sessions for new relational organizers using video conferencing platforms.

• Guide trainees through the setup and use of organizing tools, including relational organizing software and mobile applications.

• Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support for common platform, login, and account issues.

• Answer participant questions regarding program policies, workflows, and organizing best practices.

• Other duties as assigned

Experience, Requirements and Skills

• At least one cycle of campaign experience, preferably in a staff or volunteer training capacity - Preferably relational organizing utilizing REACH.

• Extremely organized, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and processes

• Versatile and eager to learn new skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, collegial attitude

• Ability to think and act creatively and flexibly in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment

• Ability and willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, which can be expected to require 40+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall, and may include evenings and weekends

• Must possess a cell phone, laptop, and reliable internet

• Familiarity with Google Suite and REACH is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $58,000-$64,350, depending on experience and skill sets. RFS offers all full-time employees who remain with our team for more than three months full health care, dental, and vision benefits.

Training Associates are considered Full-Time Employees meaning they are expected to work full-time (40 or more hours per week) for a defined period of time, typically the length of the project. However, RFS expects to provide extensive opportunities for successful Project Training Directors to continue on with the company throughout the 2026 election season.

Any job-related travel, lodging, and other expenses are paid for by RFS.
